Asia type TRB 10 E/B series temerature 200 degree portable dryer welding electric electrode dryer
This TRB series are popular in Asia area, it is portable and easy carry in work place for shift work and house place.
Our purpose is to design the small and portable rod oven to carry 5kg of welding electrodes during transfer from large electrode ovens and at the work location.
It is Economical, lightweight and easy to carry, this model could maintain rods at 150 degree temperatures to prevent moisture ,pick-up and to optimize welds.

This Asia type TRB series tportable dryer adapts small size and hand-carried situation. It is portable to take to weld location, so it is light enough to carry. The capacity of the electrode and rod could be filled with 5 kg, it may be enough for small weld situation.

Construction
The Welding Oven has long product life and durability because of its solid steel construction.
The Welding Oven designs features a round inner chamber with a round exterior, and it is with a lift with handle to supports the rods. When the elevator is lifted, the rods splay outwards for easy removal from the oven.
Performance Heating
The portable designed rod oven uses custom heating elements which is highly energy efficient type part. This heating elements could reach maximum operating temperature in just 5-10 seconds and keep balance temperature. And it also could maintain maximum heating temperature with the lowest energy output.
